New Year, new creations.  Figured I can start this up again.  Will post updates with new food creations through the year.  And the good ones may be going in a cook book I’m working on.  But til then, enjoy the food photos.

Day 1: 01/01/2013

Sushi nights…good friends, good company.  Had all this tuna from the Philippines, so might as well, right?

Rolls:

1) Inside: Spicy tuna, avocados, shrimp tempura.  Outside: Spicy tuna

2) Inside: Spicy tuna, crab meat, avocados, eel, shrimp tempura.  Outside: Eel Sauce

3) Inside: Crab meat, avocado, shrimp tempura, eel.  Outside: Avocados

4) Inside: Spicy tuna, avocados, shrimp tempura.  Outside: Spicy tuna, tempura crumbs

5) Inside: Spicy tuna, crab meat, avocados, eel, shrimp tempura.  Outside: Tempura crumbs, Eel Sauce

Day 2: 01/02/2013

Not much food happening today.  Taking the lazy way out and grabbing some Chipotle.  Right now, the game plan for tomorrow is a ribeye steak.
